Error rates have returned to baseline. A redundant cache node has been replaced and the fleet is healthy.

A fix has been applied and error rates are recovering. We continue to monitor the 30-minute stability window.
Identified
The cause was a failing cache node in the edge fleet returning stale errors. Traffic has been drained from it.
Investigating
We are investigating elevated 5xx rates on the Public API affecting a subset of requests.
